2009 OFFICERS
Vincent Long - Prez
Vincent Long carries with him a reputable 17 years of industry experience and he is currently working as an Estimating Cost Engineer under William Paredes. Vincent's experience and initiative shines through the extensive list of events and clubs bearing his influence. Besides single-handedly spearheading the recent FW Golf Tournament - the entire $300 profit of which he selflessly donated to Wheeler Dealers – Vincent also inaugurated the original FW Crawfish Boil. In addition, Vincent is a volunteer at the Boys and Girls Club of America, and the founder of an Austin-based baseball league known as Centex Baseball, where he was President of the Board for many years. Vincent’s inherent ability to organize parties and raise money establishes him as a natural contender for the throne. Whether it’s his fun-loving antics or the seductive threat of his borderline politically-incorrect personality which endear him to friends and co-workers, Vincent’s down-to-earth and politically unmotivated claim to fame ensure a genuine force to strengthen and unite the Wheeler Dealers Employee Club.
Shannon Roberts - Vice Prez
Shannon Roberts has worked for Foster Wheeler in the Safety Department for over two years, most of the time in which she’s been an active member of the Wheeler Dealers Employee Club. A natural contender for the Vice President position, Shannon has already participated in the creation and planning of many various Wheeler Dealer events for FW employees. In addition, Shannon brings with her the experience of having participated in other employee clubs for previous employers throughout her illustrious 20 years of service within the industry. While working at Chevron, Shannon can boast a successful run of nine years with their employee club. It goes without saying that she has fostered great organizational skills and enjoys working with people, two of the most essential qualities for the Vice President position. Looking to the future, Shannon envisions the Wheeler Dealer Employee Club becoming even bigger and better in its quest to do great things in 2009!
Inderpal Gumer - Treasurer
Rounding out a total 25 years of industry experience, Inderpal Gumer currently works as a Project Controls Manager and has been employed with Foster Wheeler since February of 2006. The previous Treasurer for the Wheeler Dealers Employee Club, Inderpal anticipates a smooth and successful continuation of the skills, attributes and reliability that has defined his track record since joining Foster Wheeler almost three years ago. In addition, Inderpal has always shown significant interest and initiative with his contributions to various social, religious and employee club activities. Inderpal’s most significant engagement outside of Foster Wheeler’s walls involves a variety of civic assistance provided to his local church. Viewing the Wheeler Dealers Employee Club as an opportunity for management and co-workers to meet on a fun and casual basis, Inderpal looks forward to contributing to the overall enrichment and improvement of Foster Wheeler’s work environment.
Tina Kampfhenkel - Secretary
Joining Foster Wheeler in January 2006, Tina Kampfhenkel is in the Procurement Group and is currently working on the BP Project (Expediting). Having over 20 years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, Tina has already shown impressive initiative in her contributions to various clubs and organizations. Before joining Foster Wheeler, Tina was involved with the Amoco Employee Club for two years, where she engaged herself in a variety of promotional and fundraising activities, including rodeo ticket fundraisers, bake sales, auctions, etc. Outside of work, Tina has also made a strong point to enrich her local community. Making it her mission over the last two years to expand and strengthen the Katy-Area Girl Scouts, Tina has steadfastly negotiated increased cookie-booth territories throughout nearby Kroger and Walmart stores. In addition, Tina also generously offers her assistance to the Katy Christian Ministries, where she gathers donations for their women’s shelter. If actions speak louder than words, Tina’s demonstrations of unwavering determination and tender compassion promise a worthy contender for the Secretary position of the Wheeler Dealers Employee Club.
