The Rising Professionals Association Mission

FW Rising Professionals is an organization dedicated to the personal development of rising professionals who are vital to the future of FW. Membership will promote team camaraderie and career advancement through educational, professional, technical and social activities designed to offer stimulating opportunities for becoming more meaningfully engaged within the company and the city we serve. Furthermore, by providing a formal method of communication to FW senior management, the association grants its members opportunities for exposure and the expression of ideas and suggestions to the company.
